Great recipe for Summer and not just kids! Remember the pudding pops that I think it was Hardees? carried for a short time. These taste a lot like them. Enjoy!
PUDDING POPS
1-1/2 cups cold milk1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
9 paper or plastic cups (5 oz.) and sticks or plastic spoons
POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping and any add-ins(below).
SPOON evenly into paper cups. Insert pop stick into center of each cup for a handle.
FREEZE 5 hours or until firm. Place bottom of each cup under running water for 15 seconds. Press firmly on bottom of cup to release pop. Store leftover pops in freezer.
Variation
Add any of the following ingredients: chopped cookies and/or toffee candy: 1/2 cup mashed banana, 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Peanuts, 1/4 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks, 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows.
